Shipping & Handling Policy
At All Vape Shop, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across Canada. Currently, we ship exclusively within Canadian borders. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, and long weekends.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship to all Canadian postal codes. Shipping costs and delivery speeds are determined by your location and order total:
Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Standard (3-5 Business Days): $10 CAD for orders under $100. FREE for orders over $100.
- Express (2-3 Business Days): $25 CAD (Under $100), $15 CAD ($100–$150), $5 CAD ($150–$200), or FREE for orders over $200.
Within Ontario (Outside the GTA)
- Standard (3-5 Business Days): $15 CAD for orders under $100. FREE for orders over $100.
- Express (2-3 Business Days): Follows the same tiered pricing structure as the GTA Express rates above.
Rest of Canada
- Standard (4-8 Business Days): $15 CAD for orders under $100. FREE for orders over $100.
- Express (3-7 Business Days): $25 CAD (Under $100), $10 CAD ($100–$200), or FREE for orders over $200.
Proof of Age & Legal Requirements
All products sold by All Vape Shop are intended for adult consumption only. To comply with federal and provincial laws:
- ID Verification: A signature and valid government-issued photo ID are mandatory upon delivery. No exceptions.
- Recipient Match: Only the individual named in the "Shipping" field can receive or pick up the package. Canada Post will not release the parcel to anyone else.
- Underage Purchase Penalty: If a package is returned because the recipient is underage, a 75% refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Daily Fulfillment: We process in-stock orders seven days a week (excluding holidays).
- Tracking Numbers: Once your label is generated, you will receive an automated email titled "Your Order Has Shipped!" with your tracking link.
- Verification Delays: If an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system or requires address clarification, processing may be delayed. Please ensure your contact info is accurate.
Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
- Incomplete Addresses: If your shipping info is missing details, we will email you. You must respond within 48 hours, or your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Unclaimed/Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, failure to pick up, or refusal), we will deduct a 25% restocking fee, the initial shipping cost, and the return shipping fees charged by the carrier from your refund.
Changes & Cancellations
- Order Edits: To maintain our shipping speeds, we cannot edit items once an order is placed. If you need different items, you must place a new order. Our team can cancel the previous order only if it has not yet left our warehouse.
- Final Sale: Once an order is marked as "Left the Facility," it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
All Vape Shop is not responsible for thefts or mis-deliveries once a package is scanned by the carrier.
- Reporting: Any claims for damaged or missing parcels must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Carrier Responsibility: Shipping is a service purchased from Canada Post (or other couriers). Any delivery disputes must be filed directly with the carrier.
